A designer and developer based in Romania, working remotely with teams worldwide. I take projects from blank canvas to live product, brand, UI, motion, and code (front-end and full-stack), all by one person, so nothing gets lost in handoff.

For over five years I've been obsessed with the same thing, making the web feel alive. I design with taste and build with care, blending bold visuals with motion that actually means something.

Full products, not just front-ends: Node & NestJS back-ends, databases, auth, billing, dashboards, CRMs and e-commerce. I've built and shipped a complete SaaS solo, and I bolt on integrations like Stripe, Gmail or secure webhooks when you need them.

From website chatbots to booking assistants, delivered as custom projects with a one-time price. The assistant on this site, Alexuț, is one of them, built end-to-end, from LLM orchestration to calendar and lead pipeline.

Real-time 3D, shaders and interactive scenes with Three.js, turning flat pages into experiences, without wrecking performance.

Comfortable with data and machine learning. A background in algorithmic trading and Python (XGBoost) means I'm at home with data-heavy, real-time systems and ML scoring, not just the pretty layer.

I ship the whole thing, not just code. Dockerized deploys on a VPS with automatic HTTPS, CI and backups, your site goes live and stays live, maintained by the same person who built it.

Secure by default: authentication and sessions, hardened APIs, GDPR-ready data handling. I built a production email-security platform, so I also run fixed-scope security audits with severity-ranked findings and a remediation plan.

Custom admin panels and CMS so you edit your own content, projects, pricing, pages, messages, without touching code or emailing a developer. (This very site runs on one.)

Full-stack SaaS · ML

An AI-powered email security platform for Gmail and small teams, built end to end, solo. A real-time engine scores every message through multiple detection layers: heuristics, sender-reputation and behavioral signals, a conversation-graph model and machine-learning classifiers, with an LLM stepping in on the tricky cases. Real-time Gmail integration, Stripe billing, a multi-tenant org system, a Chrome extension and a mobile app, design, front-end, back-end and ML, one person.

Alexuț: AI sales & booking agent

AI agent · LLM

The AI agent running on this very site: it answers from real pricing data, prepares instant estimates, books meetings straight into the calendar and recovers lost leads with follow-ups. Behind it: LLM orchestration with tools, a vector memory that learns from past conversations, lead scoring and an admin view of the whole lifecycle, capture, answer, book, bring back. It's also the live demo of what I build for clients.

Web design · CMS

A complete website and custom admin panel for a furniture and interior / exterior design studio in Cluj. An editorial, brand-fit front-end on the outside; behind it, a dashboard the owner runs alone, a lead pipeline that tracks every inquiry from new to won, a project manager with image galleries, SEO alt-text, ordering and cover control, plus editable site content and settings. Design, build and CMS together, so the client never needs a developer to keep it alive.

A reusable WebGL system for scroll-driven 3D and particle effects, model turntables, particle fields and camera choreography, dropped into studio and client sites without tanking performance.

Algorithmic trading

Before the web, I built algorithmic trading systems in Python, strategy research, XGBoost models and live execution. It's where I learned to ship data-heavy, real-time software that has to be exactly right.

How I work

A calm, transparent process, clear rounds, no surprises, and one person accountable from first call to launch.

Discover

We start with a call: goals, audience, competitors, the feeling you're after. I dig into your brand and map the story the site needs to tell, then turn it into a tight creative direction and scope so there are no surprises.

Design

I design in Figma, screen by screen, with motion planned from the start. You see real layouts (not mood-boards), every state covered, desktop and mobile. We iterate in clear rounds until it feels unmistakably yours.

Build

I develop it myself in Next.js + Tailwind, with Framer Motion / GSAP for the animation and Three.js where it earns its place. Accessible, SEO-ready, fast. The live build matches the design exactly, because the same person made both.

Launch & beyond

We polish, optimize and ship. You get a clean handoff (or a CMS so you can edit content yourself), plus docs. I'm around afterwards for tweaks and growth, a site is a living thing, not a one-off delivery.
