Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of chioreanalex.ro and the ordering of the design, development and related services presented on it. By using the site or requesting a quote, you agree to these terms.

1. Who we are

The services on chioreanalex.ro are provided by Yourbestmoment SRL, a limited liability company registered in Romania. Trade Register no.: J12/5267/2018. Sole registration code (CUI): 40236834. Registered office: Str. Stephenson George 14, Ap. 4, Cluj-Napoca, Cluj County, 400267, Romania. Email: contact@chioreanalex.ro.

2. Services

We provide custom digital services, including:

• web design and web development (websites, landing pages, online stores),
• full-stack products and web applications,
• AI agents (website chatbots, booking assistants, support and back-office agents),
• motion, 3D and brand work,
• maintenance, hosting management and monthly retainers,
• security audits, integrations and other specialist engineering work.

3. Site content and prices

The packages, prices and timelines shown on the site are starting points, not a binding offer. Every project is quoted individually. Prices are in EUR and, unless stated otherwise, exclude VAT where applicable.

4. Estimates from the AI assistant

The chat assistant (Alexuț) can give orientative estimates computed from the public price list. These estimates are informational only and do not constitute a binding offer or a contract. A binding quote is always prepared and confirmed by a human, by email, after reviewing your request.

5. How a project starts

A project follows these steps:

1. You send an inquiry (form, email or chat) describing what you need.
2. We send a written quote with scope, price and timeline — usually within one working day. The quote is valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
3. You accept the quote in writing (email is fine) and pay the advance.
4. Work starts. The contract between us is formed by the accepted quote together with these terms — or by a separate signed contract where one is used.

6. Payments

Unless agreed otherwise in writing:

• project work: 50% advance before work starts, 50% on launch/delivery,
• monthly services (care & hosting, retainers, AI agent subscriptions): paid monthly, in advance,
• invoices are due within 14 days of issue,
• once work has started, the advance covers work already performed and is non-refundable to that extent,
• we may pause work while invoices are overdue.

7. Timelines and revisions

Timelines are estimates and depend on receiving your content and feedback on time. Each package includes the number of revision rounds listed on the pricing page; further changes or additions to the agreed scope are quoted separately. Delays caused by missing content or late feedback extend the timeline accordingly.

8. Your obligations

You agree to:

• provide accurate information and the materials needed (texts, images, brand assets, access),
• hold the rights or licenses for the materials you provide,
• give feedback within a reasonable time,
• use the delivered work and this site only for lawful purposes.

9. Intellectual property

Upon full payment, you receive the rights to the final deliverables created specifically for your project, for their intended use. We retain the rights over preliminary concepts and over our pre-existing tools, libraries and know-how, which remain licensed to you as embedded in the deliverables. Third-party components (fonts, stock assets, open-source software, platforms) remain under their own licenses. We may present the finished, public work in our portfolio and communications, unless we agree otherwise in writing.

10. Monthly services and cancellation

Monthly services (care & hosting, retainers, AI agent subscriptions) run month to month and can be cancelled by either side with notice before the next billing period; amounts already paid for the current period are not refunded. When hosting or an agent subscription ends, we hand over your content and data in a reasonable, standard format on request.

11. Warranty and support

We fix, free of charge, defects attributable to our work that are reported within 14 days of launch (the post-launch window included in every project). Ongoing changes, new features, and issues caused by third-party services, by your own changes or by factors outside our control are handled under maintenance or quoted separately.

12. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for a project is limited to the fees actually paid for that project, and we are not liable for indirect damages such as lost profits, loss of data caused by third-party services, or business interruption. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. The site and its content are provided 'as is', without warranties beyond those required by law.

13. Force majeure

Neither side is liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond its reasonable control (force majeure), provided the affected side notifies the other and resumes performance as soon as possible.

14. Personal data

Personal data is processed as described in our Privacy Policy, in line with the GDPR.

15. Consumers, disputes and applicable law

These terms are governed by Romanian law, and disputes are settled amicably or, failing that, by the competent Romanian courts. Our services are aimed mainly at businesses. If you contract as a consumer, you keep every right granted by consumer law: a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts (by asking us to start work within those 14 days you expressly consent to the start of execution, and once the service is fully performed the right of withdrawal lapses), legal warranty rights, and the option to address complaints to the National Authority for Consumer Protection (ANPC), including through the SAL alternative dispute resolution mechanism — anpc.ro.

16. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time; the date above always shows the current version. The version in force when you accepted a quote continues to apply to that project. For any question about these terms, write to contact@chioreanalex.ro.
