On the administrative side, the platform drives kitchen operations through a real-time POS dashboard—featuring WebSocket-powered audio notifications for new orders, Kanban status tracking (Pending, Preparing, Ready, Completed), staff assignment, order prep time estimation, and automated ticket printing, all containerized and deployed via Docker.
